The Trans-American Institute of Professional Studies is approved by the Nebraska Department of Education as a post-secondary career school.  They offer both pre-license and continuing appraisal education in the United States.

The Mid-West Appraisers Association is a professional appraisal association offering designations, information and networking to members.  They also provide continuing education in the central United States.
